- Backfill with compaction in layers, total 200,000 M3.
- Chain link fence 2.5m height, total 1,300 ML & steel gate 6 M wide.
- EPC the steel structure of a site office 9m x 25 m & car shed, total 12 ton & RC foundation.
- All internal finishes, Plumbing, air conditioning, furniture, electrical, communications and data networks.
- External utilities as water supply, sewage drainage piping, soak away, water tank, lighting, soft landscaping & electric generator 150 KVA.
