Project Description:
- Demolishing works for about 3,000 m3 of concrete & many UG utilities.
- Excavation & transport to dump area of 116,000 m3.
- Soil replacement of well graded base coarse of 110,000 m3 in layers.
- Concrete paver blocks 500 kg/cm2 total area 82,000 M2, complete with roads & slot marking.
- Duct banks made of multi PVC pipe inside concrete envelope total 1790 ML.
- Electric cables for MV, LV & fiber optic cable, total 7,110 ML complete with RC manholes.
- Four high mast 45 ML complete with foundation & lighting fixture.
- Four containerized sub stations complete with 1 MVA transformers by ABB, switchgear, panels by Schnieder.
- SCADA system by Siemens for monitoring substations’ switchgears & lighting control.
- Firefighting pipe line HDPE 315 mm 640 ML complete with hydrants & manhole.
- RC Slot Drain on a 300 mm PVC pipes, drainage pipe line 400-500 mm PVC pipe & 750 mm concrete pipe total 1,265 ML.
- Construction of sanitary & substation RC buildings complete with all finishes and RC leakage pit 7.4 m x 20.7 m
