Project Description:
- Excavation work & soil replacement 1.5 m deep with compacted base coarse in layers.
- Plain & RC strip foundation, complete with RC short surrounding walls.
- Steel structure for building 1,200 M2 and 8.0 m high covering with sandwich panels & car shed.
- Exposed masonry works 2 m high below the side cladding by sandwich panels.
- Installing the railway rails complete with grouting.
- Casting RC slab on grade with smooth finish & epoxy paint -
- All electrical and mechanical works, in addition to firefighting & fire alarm.
